Even with the store being pack during the crazy week before Christmas, the staff was working amazing fast to make sure customers were happy!! Store was functioning like a well oiled machine!!

Just got off the phone with Finish Line in Pensacola. I had the pleasure of talking with Chico. He definitely went above and beyond to help me with my problem!! He took the extra time to try and find a certain pair of shoes that I had to find for my daughter and never once made me feel like I was a bother to him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring! I asked him if he was store manager he informed me that he was the assistant manager. He needs to be promoted! Give him his own store😁

Dee was awesome! She helped me find the styles my girls were interested in and never seemed annoyed when I needed multiple shoe sizes to figure out the best fit. The store was tidy and functional. It was a quick, efficient experience and I admire the fact that I never once felt neglected as Dee multi-tasked to make sure she spoke and helped everyone who came in the store. Fantastic customer service. Finish Line is typically my first choice- but it was closest the the entrance we used today, so I thought I would at least check out the selection. Both my girls love their shoes and I feel confident in my decision to purchase at this location. I would definitely consider shopping here again in the future.

Thanks so much to the workers at Finish Line! I bought a pair of sneakers that were too big for me online. Went in and was given a new pair to try on for size. They said I could get another one in store or order the same online. I ended up going for one in store. The guys who helped me were really nice. The whole exchange process was smooth and quick. I appreciated help!

Wife purchased Adidas shoes from Adidas on line, they were too large. Returned them to JD Sports, she found a pair of New Balance that cost more, manager just took our trade in and called it even. Next time JD Sports will be our go to store for tennis shoes.
